Dr. Amanda Seifers, DAc., L.Ac.
Dr. Amanda Seifers earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science and earned a Master’s in Acupuncture from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. Dr. Seifers is a state-licensed acupuncturist in Colorado. Before becoming an acupuncturist, she was a nationally certified massage therapist, giving her a strong foundation in hands-on, whole-body healing.

Dr. Seifers practices acupuncture from both a musculoskeletal and Five Element perspective—an approach she believes offers the most comprehensive and beneficial care for her patients. She views every patient’s concern, no matter how small or complex, through the lens of the body–mind–spirit connection.Amanda Seifers

She believes that when an injury or trauma occurs, the nervous system creates a “reaction map” that records the body’s physical, emotional, and spatial experience of the event. When future triggers arise, this map can resurface, causing the body to re-experience pain or emotion as if the original trauma were happening again.

Her treatments aim to help patients repattern that connection, allowing the body and mind to release stored tension, pain, and emotional residue. In doing so, patients often experience lasting relief and a renewed sense of balance.

Dr. Seifers believes that when the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, we experience true health. Her goal is to help each patient achieve their own optimal balance—so they can navigate life’s changes with greater ease, resilience, and wellbeing.
